Not often give reviews, but this company deserve one. Top draw service and a very professional team, Something hard to find these days. If you have a German car, not wishing a main dealers to make a hash of things then all I can say is go no were else but MotorAid.
Mercedes Benz couldn’t fixed my failed near side headlights (C350e Sport). Motoraid came to my aid! I was really impressed with Shaun & crew. Professional but also with a personal touch. I will recommend Motoraid any day👌
I had taken my car for the boot lid to be fixed several times over the past year and dealt with a few different Service Managers without much success. I eventually wrote a letter to customer services complaining about the treatment I had received. The letter was passed on to Steve Cooke the new Service Manager and he contacted me and arranged to get this fixed for me. The service I received from Steve was brilliant. He kept me informed by phone regularly and at last I now have a boot lid that now works correctly.. So a big 'Thank You' to Steve and his wonderful team at Basildon. It restored my somewhat diminished faith in MotorAid and hence the 5 stars given!
Motor Aid is a brilliant outfit. Very professional and really knows their stuff especially on German cars. Tony Bradley, Steve and their team are really knowledgeable. I see they use Fuchs lubricants as well. Highly recommend them
Excellent customer service even after I accidentally missed a service appointment. I have used motor aid for a few years now and will continue to do so. Good prices and genuine parts mean the manufacturer warranty remains intact.
Took my car to Motor Aid in Hainault today excellent and professional service very pleased would highly recommend. Would like to thank Sean for his professionalism and help top guy 👍
Excellent service as always. Steve, Toy and Stuart extremely helpful.Only problem I would say is the road approaching drop off- Nightmare!
The team from start to finish have been absolutely superb and professional. Flexible and accommodating on securing an appointment promptly and allowing me to drop the car the day prior, full update throughout the day to confirm the cause and repairs. Highly recommended.
Kelly was extremely helpful in arranging for the car to be looked at asap and then kept me up to date with the required repairs and timescales. Would definitely come back... but hopefully not too soon 🙂
I recently used MotorAid to carry out an MOT. I called on the Weds and was booked in for the Fri AM for a while-you-wait appointment at 8am. The service was efficient and they have a comfortable waiting room. Car was completed within 40 minutes and I was on my way. Pleased to recommend them.
I've been a customer of MotorAid for many years now and have taken my last three cars there for servicing. I've never had a problem and find them good value and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Does what it says on the tin. But some sectional communication problems leaving customers hanging. Nice Staff but some service issues! Would recommend as far as their technical expertise. But some way to go keeping customers happy!
Got to them through the insurance…Got to them through the insurance company to repair my Mercedes tailgate. Very happy with the service. Perfect body repair and nicely painted. The time will let me know about the painting durability but I was told that have warranty. So definitely will be using again, hopefully not for body repairs but normal maintenances.
