I was recommended to use MotorAid due to the issues I was having with my Mercedes. I was fed up with poor service and follow up from other garages so I was willing to try them. What a huge difference in service from the minute I called them to taking my car there and then to the collection of it. They are amazing, the diagnostic was done promptly and a call was made directly after with all information. Jo is knowledgeable and has a great customer service style without being patronising. Very helpful. I will only use this garage with any future requirements Thank you

Mandy and her team at Commercial Vehicle repairs dept couldn't be more helpful. I was unable to start my Mercedes Vito after initial diagnostics for an ECU problem but they were kind enough to organise a lift home for me! They have been very accommodating, waiting for a part im getting supplied, and hopefully will be able to rectify my non start issue. Even though my van is out of action its great knowing they are keen to do all they can to get me back on the road.
