MotorAid offer the following Porsche services.
PORSCHE SERVICING WE PROVIDE
MotorAid look after all makes and models of Porsche Servicing. These include Porsche 911, Boxter, Cayman, Cayenne & Panamera models. Our Porsche servicing will not affect your standard 3 years warranty.
Most models are now on minor / major Porsche service schedules.
Minor Service / Oil Service
- Engine oil and filter change.
- Vehicle health check including lights, fluid levels, brakes and tyres inspected.
- Screenwash added.
- Online service book updated or Service book stamped.
Major Service
- Engine oil and filter change.
- Air filter replaced.
- Spark plugs replaced (petrol models) or fuel filter replaced (diesel models)
- Major inspection – Full vehicle inspection including all underbody, steering and suspension components.
- Operational check of all electrical components.
- Engine diagnostics carried out.
- Brake inspection – Inspection of brake pads, discs and hydraulic fluid.
- Screenwash added.
- Online service book updated.
Brake Fluid Change
- Brake fluid is renewed and system bled. The brake fluid is scheduled to be changed every 2 years.
Gearbox oil change (Automatic & Manual models)
- The gearbox oil and filter is renewed. (Filter if fitted).
Air Bag (SRS) System Check
- The airbag system is checked every 4 years. The purpose of the airbag maintenance is to test the self diagnostics of the airbag control unit. You induce a fault and then check and make sure the airbag control unit sees the problem.
MOT Testing
- Class 4 (Cars) full Porsche MOT testing
Diagnosis and Repair using Autologic Diagnostics Machine
- We can carry out full diagnosis and fault finding for your Porsche with our Autologic Diagnostic Machine.
Digital Service Book Updating
- Your Digital Service Book will be updated and you will receive a printout that will be stamped and signed by us. All servicing carried out in accordance with your vehicles service schedule will not invalidate your standard 3 years warranty. If your vehicle has a service book this will be stamped.
Four wheel alignment (tracking)
- Wheel alignment (sometimes referred to as tracking or geometry check) involves correcting the tracking and/or camber angles so that they are accurately re-set to the original manufacturer’s specification
